Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – High-End Residential – Canary Wharf – Up to £50,000 per annum - No Call-Out 

Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Canary Wharf.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a high-end residential portfolio in Canary Wharf.

This is a single-man site position, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a premium residential development.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified and have a strong understanding of commercial/residential building services maintenance, fault finding, and compliance.

This position would suit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, overtime opportunities, no call-out and clear routes for career progression.


Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday - 08:00 am - 17:00 pm 
• 40 Hours Per Week
• No Call Out

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault finding and lamp changes.
• Emergency lighting testing and compliance checks.
• Maintaining and fault-finding on control panels.
• Ballast and driver replacements.
• Monitoring and interrogating BMS systems (hot & cold checks).
• Basic mechanical and plumbing duties where required (multi-skilled support).
• Maintenance of pumps and motors.
• Maintaining and updating logbooks and compliance records.
• Managing daily priorities within contract constraints.
• Providing technical support for minor works and small projects where required.

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
• Proven track record in commercial or high-end residential maintenance
• Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability
• Good communication skills
• Client-facing experience
