Water Treatment Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile - Commercial Building – London – Up to £40,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in London.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based across a commercial contract in London and South East.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment, ideally with some plumbing experience.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime and further training.

• Up to £40,000
• Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm

• Tmv Servicing 
• Chilled Water systems
• Ensure effective running of the assigned jobs
• Systematic and logical sequence of works
• Pick up on remedial works.
• Ensure log books on site up to date.
• Ensure adhere to L8 HSG274 legislation.
• Carry out logbook audits & site surveys
• To ensure COSHH records are on site and up to date.
• Liaise with Help Desk on PPM works.
• Water flushing
• Disinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when the need arises
• Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing
• Surveys on hot and cold water systems
• Basic Plumbing
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal
• Carry out general building maintenance

• City and Guilds in Plumbing 
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment 
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems 
• Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
• Fully trained and knowledge
