Static Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider – Euston, London – Up to £32,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to be based at a commercial site in Euston, London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance provider working in a static-site environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fabric and general building maintenance, along with a proven track record in commercial environments.

This role is ideal for a Fabric Engineer looking to progress within a well-established organisation.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 am – 17:00 pm

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance across the site
• Undertake general fabric duties including painting, decorating, minor repairs, and maintenance of fixtures and fittings
• Carry out basic plumbing tasks such as clearing blockages, repairing pipework, and replacing components
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, hinges, blinds, furniture, and office fixtures
• Assist with minor office moves and furniture installations
• Liaise with the contract management team and respond to site requirements
• Investigate issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Provide updates to the helpdesk on job progress and completion
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship across all tasks
• Support multi-skilled engineers and assist with wider maintenance duties when required

• Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• Proven experience in fabric/building maintenance
• Experience working within commercial environments
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS clearance
• Multi-skilled with a good understanding of building services
• Strong communication skills
