Contract Manager

Contract Manager – FM Service Provider – London & West London – Up to £75,000 per annum

CBW are currently recruiting an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of all hard FM services across a mixed portfolio, including a mobile contract within Central London and a flagship commercial building in West London.

This role involves managing both mobile engineering teams across the City and a dedicated on-site team at a key West London site, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for coordinating operations across both the mobile portfolio and the static site, maintaining efficiency, compliance, and a consistently high level of service delivery.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm

• Report directly to the Operations Manager
• Oversee and manage agreed KPIs and SLAs to ensure contract performance
• Take ownership of health, safety, and environmental standards across both sites
• Manage and support a Supervisor and team of engineers
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, shutdowns, and project works
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
• Conduct appraisals, manage attendance, and handle disciplinary matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across both locations
• Oversee all contract reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and grow contract value
• Provide technical support to both client and engineering teams
• Manage permit-to-work systems effectively
• Represent the business in client meetings
• Maintain full financial oversight, including P&L and budgeting

• Qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical – C&G, HNC, HND or higher)
• Proven experience managing hard FM services across commercial environments
• Experience leading engineering teams, including supervisors and mobile/static engineers
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload effectively
