The building covers a total of 250,000 sq ft, which is spread across 9 stories of luxury office space.
Major transportation hubs, such as Bank Station, Moorgate Station, and Liverpool Street Station, are all within a 10-minute walk from the commercial office.
The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G, NVQ or apprenticeship trained) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working alongside a team of 4 engineers, you will be required to carry out PPM & Reactive maintenance across the site.
