Senior Project Manager – Hard FM Provider – London - Up to 80K One of the UK's most established maintenance service providers is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their busy projects teams to work as part of their established and successful projects division. The Senior Project Manager will be initially looking after projects up to the value of 600k and these will include plant replacements, refurbishments and installations. The value of the projects will grow over the course of the next year and the values could rise to around the £2 mill mark. They are predominantly based on site in London and cover a number of well known higher educational facilities. The role will be working closely with and supported by the senior leadership team and will be expected to manage the projects from start to finish. The buildings you will be proforming the maintenance and reative works consit of modern offices and commerical buildings/ offices, HNS campuses and hosptials for exisiting and new clients.

Hours of work Monday to Friday (40 hour week) 8am to 5pm Key duties & responsibilitiesCarry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client siteComplete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk AssessmentsProvide Further works reports where requiredLiaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works requiredUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site informationInform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset managementCollecting parts from supplier or head office where applicableProvide weekly timesheet to office on a MondayRequirements:Minimum 8 years trade experienceCompleted applicable apprenticeship and posses relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications.
Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environmentA continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industryProven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU’s, Coldroom’s and Specialist RefrigerationAbility to develop and be part of a team.
