We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant to join a reputable Facilities Management company at a unique site in Croydon.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Facilities Management and be ready to start immediately.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the building to ensure it meets company standards.

Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
  
  
• 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  
  
• Temp to Perm position
  
  

• Manage the client mailroom and accept incoming deliveries
  
  
• Assist with on-site tasks and general office support
  
  
• Report building defects to the client
  
  
• Set up meeting rooms
  
  
• Order and maintain stationery supplies
  
  
• Distribute post around the building
  
  
• Handle photocopying, filing, and mailing tasks
  
  
• Assist with office relocations and furniture moves
  
  
• Carry out minor repairs around the building
  
  
• Install safety equipment and carry out repairs, fixtures, and fittings
  
  
• Oversee building maintenance and cleanliness
  
  
• Ensure the building environment remains clean, sanitised, and compliant with safety standards
  
  
• Ensure emergency procedures are in place and functioning correctly
  
  
• Perform basic administrative duties as needed
  
  

• Proactive, intuitive, and punctual
  
  
• Experience in a facilities environment
  
  
• Basic handyman skills
  
  
• IT proficient
  
  
• Experience with administrative tasks
  
  
• Post Room experience required
