? Looking for a stable, Monday to Friday role with long-term career prospects? CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider based at a large commercial building in Colindale, NW London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive site-based engineering team, with structured training and potential HV authorisation on offer.

• Perform planned & reactive maintenance across electrical building services
  
  
• Diagnose and repair faults: lighting, power, emergency systems, ballast replacement
  
  
• Test and monitor emergency lighting systems
  
  
• Work with and monitor BMS and control panels
  
  
• HV switchgear and isolation tasks (training provided)
  
  
• General M&E and fabric tasks as required
  
  
• Keep logbooks and compliance records updated
  
  
• Assist and escort specialist contractors
  
  
• Report service issues to the site management team
  
  
• Ensure all work complies with H&S and statutory requirements
  
  

• C&G Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) – Essential
  
  
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Essential
  
  
• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
  
  
• Confident working in a client-facing environment
  
  
• Basic fabric or mechanical knowledge – Desirable
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• Must be able to provide copies of valid trade qualifications
