  ? Your next move in FM starts here CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer to work across a commercial portfolio in the Basildon area covering 3 different sites, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.

  ? Your Key Responsibilities
  • PPM & reactive maintenance on electrical plant across multiple sites

  • Testing and maintaining emergency lighting and fire alarms

  • Servicing pumps, motors, seals, booster sets and HVAC equipment

  • Working with AHUs / FCUs – filter changes, cleaning, general upkeep

  • Basic plumbing tasks – unblocking toilets, checking pipework

  • BMS monitoring and performance reporting

  • Support general building fabric and minor mechanical duties

  • Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and on-site protocols

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain site standards

  ? What You’ll Need
  • C&G Level 2 or 3 Electrical Installation – Essential

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Essential

  • Proven experience in commercial maintenance (FM environments)

  • Multi-skilled and confident across electrical, HVAC, and basic fabric duties

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Full UK driving licence
