CBW Staffing Solutions is on the hunt for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a top-tier building services team covering a premium portfolio of commercial buildings — all just a short walk from Victoria Station.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Electrical maintenance – lighting, fault finding, emergency lighting, ballast changes

  • BMS monitoring, control panels, pumps, motors, and temp checks

  • Minor plumbing (unblocking, flushing, basic fixes)

  • PPMs, reactive maintenance, logbooks & permit-to-work systems

  • Working alongside and managing sub-contractors

  • Attending client meetings – be the face of quality service

You’ll Need:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification

  • 18th Edition certified

  • Experience with JobLogic (desirable, not essential)

  • Solid background in commercial building maintenance

  • Multi-skilled, professional, and client-facing
