Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider based in a commercial property in Piccadilly Circus.

CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Improver for a temp to permanent position.

The successful candidates will be Electrically qualified with a proven track record working with building maintenance.



  Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Pumps, motors

• 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm
• Temp to perm
• Monday - Friday 
• £18p/h
• Immediate start

• Minimum level 2 Electrical City & Guilds/NVQ
• A proven track record in Electrical Improver work / Building Maintenance
• Good Leadership & Management skills
• Safe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience  
• Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internal and externally
• Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
