Mechanical Maintenance Engineer  - Commercial Building - Liverpool Street, London - Immediate start - Ongoing  £25 Per Hour - 5 on 5 off Night Shift Only 

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Liverpool Street, London.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site in Liverpool Street, London  He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

  • 5 on 5 off Shift 
  • 19:00pm - 07:00am
  • £25 per hour depending on experience 
  • Temp on going  
Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Planned and reactive maintenance 
  • HVAC Systems  
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

    Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors 
Requirements
  • Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
