Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - £45,000-£47,00 Depending on Experience

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London.

CBW are currently looking for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 10-20 commercial buildings located in Central London maintaining all Landlord services.

The successful candidates will be mechanically or electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across commercial offices and high end residential properties.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £47,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.



Key duties & Responsibilities

• Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log
• Weekly AOV test and Log
• L8 water hygiene monitoring
• Fan Coil Unit servicing
• HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)
• AHU servicing
• MVHR servicing
• Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log
• Weekly CHP Checks and log
• Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log
• Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log
• Supervision of Sub Contractors
• Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works.
• Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8)

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical / HVAC / Engineering 
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

• Up to £47,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications)
• Company Vehicle with Fuel card and Float for Mobile
