We’re on the hunt for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to help maintain a modern, high-spec site that keeps London moving.

 

? What You’ll Be Doing   You’ll be the go-to expert for all things mechanical and general building maintenance, keeping critical systems running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned & reactive M&E maintenance
  
  
• Small lighting installs, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes
  
  
• Emergency lighting & BMS monitoring
  
  
• AHU/FCU maintenance – filter changes, cleaning
  
  
• Basic plumbing – e.g.
  
  unblocking toilets
  
  
• Water temp checks (non-dosing)
  
  
• Coordinating and escorting subcontractors
  
  
• Keeping site logbooks up to date
  
  
• Attending client meetings as needed
  
  

• Week 1: 07:00 – 16:00
  
  
• Week 2: 10:00 – 19:00
  
  
• 1 in 4 call out (with paid call-outs)
  
  

• ? £45,700 basic salary

• Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ equivalent)
• Strong experience in commercial building maintenance
  
  
• Multi-skilled with a hands-on approach
  
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
• Able to provide trade certificates upon request
