Electrical Testing Engineer - FM Service Provider - North London - Up to £44,000 - Parking on site

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in North London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Testing Engineer to be based on a large contract located in North London.

He or she will be required to carry out electrical testing, PPM's and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical testing & building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 14:30pm - 30 min unpaid lunch break

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Salary of £44,000

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Required)
• Electrical Testing Qualification - 2391 or Equivalent (Required)
• JIB Gold Card (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
