Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pangbourne, Reading, Berkshire - Up to £40,000 

I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a large maintenance company working in the Reading, Berkshire working at a corporate commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company.

You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks. 

My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work on a High profile corporate office based in Reading, Berkshire.

This is a team environment leaving scope for the engineer to develop into a supervisor. 

Hours

Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• 17th Edition
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience

• Basic Salary of £40,000

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks

• Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companies and banks across a large estate
• Working as the single maintenance team member on site to deliver a great service to the client
