A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Kings Cross, North London to work in a brand new building.

CBW is currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a brand new commercial office building based in Kings Cross, North London.

The successful candidate will be Electrical biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally experienced in single person sites.

Working with the maintenance team of 1 engineers on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

• Emergency lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• LTHW
• DHWS
• CHW

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

• Up to £48,000
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ Level 3)
