Maintenance Plumber Required - Monday to Friday - Borehamwood - Temp - Start Immediately - £24 per hour 

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a commercial environment on a static basis in Borehamwood. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building in Borehamwood (North London) on a temp basis.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Treatment
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Minor installation works
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• AHU's/FCU's filter changes
• Boiler & Chiller checks
• Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing

• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
• £24 per hour Umbrella 
• Free Parking on site

• City and Guilds in Plumbing
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment - Desirable
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems - Desirable
• Demonstrate previous experience commercial plumbing
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
