CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in a commercial building in Barbican, London.

 The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance  duties
• Condensers, Condenser returns
• AHUs / FCUs -  filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
  Close control units on A/C Units
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Extensive building services knowledge

• up to £25p/h
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• Temporary ongoing role
• Immediate start

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 / Mechanical C&G
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
