We are looking for someone to join an exciting team who are dedicated to delivering low carbon mine water heat schemes, supporting net zero and energy security in coalfield communities.

We work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally and to support the team in their work you will be organised, with good document management skills and enjoy communicating with the internal and external stakeholders.

The role allows you to have flexibility of working in the Mansfield office and from home. 

About The Role
In this role, you will support the head of the department and the wider team with a variety of tasks, including travel bookings, event planning, minute-taking at meetings, and organising site visits, among other responsibilities.

You should be comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders and be efficient in arranging meetings and managing emails.
You'll bring strong administrative skills and team experience, along with a solid command of Microsoft Office products.

While much of your time will be desk-based, you'll also have the chance to get out and about, visiting some of our cutting-edge mine water heat projects and playing a key role in events, meetings, and site visits.
