HVAC Shift Engineer

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Liverpool – up to £44,000

 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a static site in Liverpool.

The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
• Installing HVAC components
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Providing technical support to engineers on site

• 4 on 4 off 
• 7am - 7pm (for 4 days), 4 days off then 10am - 10pm (for 4 days) 

• Up to £44,000 per annum
• Overtime available 
• 25 days holiday + BH
• Company Pension

• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• F - Gas 2079 
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
