Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Estate - No Call Out - Uxbridge - Up to £48,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join an FM service provider based at a commercial estate in Uxbridge.

You will work in a two-man team alongside a Lead Engineer, so the successful candidate will have a proven background in commercial building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £48,000, Monday to Friday days and no call-out.

Hours of Work

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
• No call-out

• Planned and reactive maintenance across the estate
• Working alongside the Lead Engineer as part of a two-man team
• AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning)
• Water treatment temperature checks
• Plumbing and unblocking
• BMS monitoring
• Escorting subcontractors
• Keeping site log books up to date

• Up to £48,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
• No call-out

• Level 2 Mechanical Qualification as a minimum - Essential
• Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong mechanical fault-finding ability
• Good communication skills
• Client-facing and presentable
