Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Estate – Uxbridge – Up to £48,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join an established FM service provider based at a commercial estate in Uxbridge.

You will be working as part of a small, two-man engineering team alongside a Lead Engineer, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background and previous experience maintaining commercial buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity offering a salary of up to £48,000, a Monday-to-Friday working pattern and, importantly, no call-out rota.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00–17:00

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the commercial estate.
• Work alongside the Lead Engineer as part of a two-man maintenance team.
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning.
• Complete water treatment checks and temperature monitoring.
• Carry out general plumbing repairs and unblocking.
• Monitor BMS systems and report any faults or issues.
• Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors on site.
• Maintain accurate site logbooks and maintenance records.
  
  

• Salary up to £48,000 per annum.
• Monday-to-Friday working hours, 08:00–17:00.

• Level 2 Mechanical qualification as a minimum – essential.
• Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates.
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional, presentable and confident when dealing with clients.
