Join us as the dedicated Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment Adviser for our Metal Mines programmes, helping deliver environmental remediation projects that improve communities and protect the environment across Wales and England.

You'll work with real autonomy, influencing decisions from design through to delivery, building trusted relationships with project teams, contractors and regulators, and helping create safer, healthier ways of working on complex construction projects.

What you'll bring

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
• Practical construction health and safety experience
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 and design risk management
• Confidence to influence, challenge constructively and build trust with stakeholders
• A collaborative approach that puts wellbeing alongside safety

• Work on projects that deliver real environmental benefits
• Influence outcomes rather than simply monitor compliance
• Enjoy a varied role combining site visits, technical advice and stakeholder engagement
• Be part of a supportive specialist team with the freedom to make the role your own
