Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Moorgate, London- £47,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Moorgate, London.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance.

• Monday to Friday –07:00 am to 16:00 pm / 10:00 am to 19:00 pm

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
