? Salary: £48,000 – £56,000 (DOE)
? Transport: Own van required – mileage and all travel expenses fully reimbursed
? Working Hours:

• Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  
  
• Fri: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  ? Call-Out: 1-in-5 rota with paid overtime
  
  

• Carrying out PPMs, fault diagnosis, and emergency repairs on access control and intercom systems
  
  
• Installing and commissioning new access and door-entry systems
  
  
• Performing system tests to ensure they meet BS standards
  
  
• Keeping accurate service and compliance records
  
  
• Providing excellent on-site support and building strong client relationships
  
  
• Attending call-outs as part of a shared 1-in-5 rota (with paid overtime)
  
  

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with access control or security systems, ideally in commercial or FM environments
  
  
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Access Control, Electrical Installation, or similar
  
  
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own van
  
  
• Valid CSCS or CPCS card
  
  
• Confident with controllers, POE, networked wiring, and troubleshooting
  
  
• Organised, professional, and customer-focused
  
  
• Bonus if you have extra training (e.g., BAFE, FIA, Emergency Lighting, First Aid)
