With over 25 years of experience, our client is a trusted name in the design, manufacture, and installation of fire doors and passive fire safety solutions, delivering projects across both public and private sectors.

The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Construction professional to join a reputable business during a period of sustained growth.

You will oversee the full pre-construction process, from tendering and bid submission through to project handover, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pre-construction phase across multiple projects
  
  
• Coordinate design, technical reviews, and value engineering exercises
  
  
• Work cross-functionally with the design, manufacturing, and installation teams
  
  
• Manage tender returns, presentations, and client negotiations
  
  
• Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team
