Sprinkler Service & Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Mobile – Birmingham & Surrounding Areas (occasional UK-wide travel required)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sprinkler Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a leading fire protection company.

This is a mobile role covering contracts primarily across Birmingham and the West Midlands, with occasional travel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine servicing and maintenance of sprinkler systems in commercial and residential properties
  
  
• Fault-finding, testing, and completing minor repairs
  
  
• Ensuring all work complies with current fire safety legislation and health & safety standards
  
  
• Accurate and timely completion of job reports and compliance documentation
  
  
• Participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota
  
  
• Travelling to client sites across the UK as required
  
  

• Proven experience in sprinkler system maintenance (essential)
  
  
• Recognised qualifications in sprinkler systems or fire protection (e.g.
  
  LPCB, FHC, or equivalent)
  
  
• Full, clean UK driving licence
  
  
• Strong understanding of health & safety and fire protection regulations
  
  
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
  
  

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  
  
• Company van, fuel card, and tools provided
  
  
• Overtime paid at:
  
  
  • Time and a half (weekdays)
    
    
  • Double time (weekends and nights)
