Mobile Electrician - Commercial Portfolio - Kent - £38,000 + £6000 travel time per annum - Package of £44,000

CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial contract in the Kent area (Dartford, UK ● Gravesend, UK ● Kent, UK ● Maidstone, UK ● Rochester, UK ● Sidcup, UK ● Swanley) for a leading FM Service Provider In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.

 

Hours of work & Package

 

• Basic Salary of £38,000
• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week
• Paid travel time up to £6,000 per annum
• Call out 1 in 5 Weeks

• Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
• Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance 
• Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting
• Emergency light testing
• Power distribution
• Electrical fault-finding
• Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
• Control Panel maintenance
• Transformers
• Star Delta Starters
• General Building Maintenance 
• Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Equivalent 
• 18th Edition
• A good knowledge of electrical services
• Be able to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• General Building Maintenance
• Multi-Skilled
• Work overtime when required
