Foot Mobile Engineer

Foot Mobile Engineer – PPM & HVAC (Zones 1–3) Location: Central London (Zones 1–3)
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join our team, covering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple commercial sites in Zones 1–3.

You will work Monday to Friday with standard daytime hours and no night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine PPM on HVAC systems and mechanical plant
  
  
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  
  
• Maintain and inspect plant rooms, pumps, motors, and controls
  
  
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  
  
• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately and on time
  
  

• Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical or Building Services (or equivalent)
  
  
• Proven experience in a similar mobile maintenance role
  
  
• Good working knowledge of HVAC systems and plant room equipment
  
  
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Must be fit for foot mobile work across London’s Zones 1–3
