With an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fire safety solutions, our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Working Supervisor to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role Overview:
This is a dual role combining on-the-tools work with site supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing small teams on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work, while also actively contributing to the delivery of Passive Fire Protection installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work alongside operatives on-site
  
  
• Ensure all work meets compliance, safety, and quality standards
  
  
• Coordinate daily tasks and report progress to management
  
  
• Liaise with site managers and project leads
  
  
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health and safety protocols
  
  
• Complete site paperwork and ensure accurate reporting
  
  
• Support installation and maintenance of fire-stopping systems
  
  

• Gold CSCS Card (essential)
  
  
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
  
  
• First Aid qualification (valid/in date)
  
  
• IPAF and PASMA certified
  
  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  
  
• Strong knowledge of the Passive Fire Protection industry
  
  
• Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively
  
  
• Good understanding of RAMS and site compliance procedures
  
  

• Competitive CIS day rate (£200 – £210)
