Temporary AC Engineer

Temporary Air Conditioning Engineer - Glasgow - £20 - £28 P/H PAYE

We are currently seeking an experienced Install/Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer to join a facilities provider on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing air conditioning systems across various sites, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and chillers.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary remedial works efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality service.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including job sheets and reports.

• F-Gas certification (Category 1) is essential.
• Relevant NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
• Proven experience in installations, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their operation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Competitive hourly rate (£20 - £28 per hour) PAYE
