Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Victoria, London – up to £48,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias to be based on a commercial building in Victoria, London.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across the site as part of a 3 man working team.

Working in a Large complex building working alongside a working supervisor, an electrical engineer and yourself.

My client is looking for someone who is willing to step in as a lead when the supervisor is on annual lead and is willing to progress into a supervisor later in their career 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Job logic experience (Preferred)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
