Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Barbican.

CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to be based in a building Located in Barbican.

The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.


Hours of work/Salary

• £20p/h ( umbrella or CIS )
• Monday - Friday 
• 8am - 4pm ( 40 hours paid weekly )
• Overtime available
• Starting ASAP ( 1st April )

• Painting & Decorating
• Changing locks
• Basic Plumbing duties
• Bulb changes
• General Building maintenance 

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
