Location: North/East London (with travel outside these areas as required)
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 plus van and fuel card

Client: A well-established supplier and installer of fire doors and passive fire safety solutions, with over 25 years of experience delivering to both the public and private sectors.

Role Overview:
Our client, a leading specialist in fire door installation and passive fire safety solutions, is seeking an experienced FRA Carpenter to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contracts in North/East London, with occasional travel outside these areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled carpenter with a passion for passive fire protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain fire doors in accordance with fire safety regulations and company standards.
  
  
• Carry out passive fire protection work across various sites, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
  
  
• Manage contracts within the North/East London area, with flexibility to travel further afield.
  
  
• Work closely with site managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
  
  
• Provide expertise on passive fire protection and fire door installation practices to clients.
  
  
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  
  

• Level 2 Carpentry Qualification (essential).
  
  
• Previous experience in passive fire protection (essential).
  
  
• Strong understanding of fire door regulations and installation methods.
  
  
• A full UK driver’s license with no more than 6 points (essential).
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts effectively.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
