Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – City of London, Bank - Up to £48,000


An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based by Bank has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Mechanical engineer to be based in a commercial office blue chip contract located by Bank.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in electrical or mechanical building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• 4on 4off days shift – 07.00 to 19.00

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Up to £48,000
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
