Maintenance Supervisor - Leading M&E Service Provider - Baker Street, London – 58K

One of the leading maintenance contractors is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a high profile building based close to Baker Street, London.

The client is a high profile commercial building and the contract is one of their most successful and long standing. 

They cover all M&E plant on the contract and the client expects a very high level of service delivery.

The role will be looking after a team of four engineers and will be responsible for all day to day maintenance activities on site.

This will include, but is not limited to managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervision of staff and managing sub-contractors.

There is also HV on site so the ideal supervisor would have had previous experience.

In addition the company would offer the option of becoming the HVAP on site. 

The role will be working Monday to Friday, day shift and the hours are 8-5.

There will also be overtime and weekend work available as and when required.

The site is a busy site that requires an experienced supervisor who in emergencies is happy on the tools or dealing with paperwork.

The package is:

• Salary up to 58k based on experience

• Fully electrically qualified to C&G Level
• Previous HV experience - ideally authorised currently/lapsed
• Experience of working around critical systems and plant
• Experience of managing staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong compliance and health and safety understanding
• Experience or working in a commercial maintenance environment
