Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Tottenham Court Road– up to £48,000 A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Tottenham Court Road.

CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a corporate, blue chip commercial office building based by Tottenham Court Road. The successful candidate will be Mechanical biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record working within a blue chip commercial building maintenance environment.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00 
• Call out - 1 in 2

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified Level 3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
