Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Glasgow
Salary: Circa £44,500 + Door-to-Door Travel Paid

Are you a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer looking to work on long-term, stable contracts at prestigious sites? Join a leading mechanical contractor working across hospitals, prisons, and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform gas PPM works, installations, and gas testing.
• Diagnose and react to breakdowns of various gas-fired and heating appliances, including boilers, burners, hot water systems, and associated plant/equipment.
• Ensure high standards of servicing, maintenance, and repair.

• ACS Commercial Gas Certification: Minimum of COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1, and TPCP1A.
• Strong technical skills with extensive experience in commercial fault-finding.
• Proficiency in all aspects of commercial gas servicing and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and within a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Successful candidates will require Disclosure/Police checks.

• Salary: Circa £44,500.
• Travel: Door-to-door travel paid.
• Holidays: 30 days (including public holidays).
• Hours: 39-hour week (Mon-Thurs: 08:00-16:30, Fri: 08:00-15:30).
