Cleaning Operative - Yorkshire - FM Service Provider - £11.44 per hour

CBW is currently in the process of recruiting a reliable Cleaning Operative to be based within a commercial building, this would be an exciting opportunity to join a well-established cleaning company based in York.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning within a commercial building or with proven experience in similar environments.

Hours/details:

• Monday to Friday
• 11:00am to 14:00pm (15 hours per week)
• Start date - Thursday 31st October 

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, hallways, restrooms, and communal areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Waste removal and recycling duties
• Ensuring supplies are restocked (soap, toilet paper, etc.)
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
