Carer - Littlehampton

Carer HCA needed
51-year-old female who requires 24-hour support as she lives in her own home in Littlehampton
1:1 support
Shifts are 08:30 – 20:30 every Thursday and Saturday (The carer should also have the flexibility to cover additional shifts during annual leave as and when required)
We are looking for a carer who can provide 1:1 support to an individual with the following clinical needs:
Refractory epilepsy secondary to oligodendroglioma (brain tumors)
Mild learning disability
Left-sided hemiplegia (caused by CVA/stroke)
Spinal stenosis
Frontal lobe damage
Osteoporosis
Behavior plan in place
Frequent seizures and issues with unsteadiness
Personal care
