Principle Social Worker

Sirona Medical are recruiting for a Principal Social Worker

Principal Social Worker acting as Duty Manager, attending MAPPA meetings/Channel Meetings- Audits  -  To manage complex cases within statutory and legal frameworks.

To demonstrate active leadership skills, including the ability to make informed and balanced decisions in complex situations, and to be a positive role model to other Social Workers and staff.

Hybrid working – 3 days a week office-based minimum 

You need to have:

  • A qualification in social work i.e.

    Dipsw, MSc, CQSW, and CSS.
  • Registration with the HCPC as a social worker.
  • Substantial experience as a qualified social worker.
  • Knowledge of Adult Social Care
  • Experience working at Senior/Management level.
