Mobile Electrical Engineer - FTC - FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings - Bristol - up to £45,000 Pro Rata

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Bristol.

CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer on a fixed-term contract to be based on a commercial contract.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer with a proven commercial/property building maintenance track record.

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical works.

This is a great local role for a potential candidate looking for a fixed-term contract with the potential of going permanent.
 
Package

• A Fixed-Term Contract until March 2025 - With the potential for becoming permanent after this date 
• £45,000 Pro Rata
• Company van and fuel card provided
• 40 hour working 4 days across a 7-day period (including weekends and nights)

• Carrying out remedial and minor new works across our client estates
• Upgrading, replacing & installing systems
• Carrying out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding
• Updating clients by recording all activities, remedial works and completing inspection logs

• 8 hours, 7pm – 2am.
• Flexible depending on the job that’s needed.
• Evenings, Nights & Weekends

• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 Electrical Qualification
• City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing (desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence
