The club offers lavish decor, sports facilities, bars, and multiple exquisite restaurants.

The brasserie is currently seeking a new Sous Chef to join their outstanding team, creating British dishes in an all-day dining restaurant.

Sous Chef Benefits:

  • £20 per hour + annual club bonus.

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • A competent and experienced Sous Chef who can confidently support their head chef run a brasserie style operation.
  • A strong leader and motivator for the junior members of the kitchen brigade.
  • A creative chef who can assist in the creation of seasonal British dishes.
  • The successful Sous chef must have a stable employment history and good references.
  • Someone who is hands on, self-motivated and has at least five years’ experience working in professional kitchens.
