Set to open in the vibrant centre of Watford, the establishment will serve authentic, upscale Mexican cuisine.

The menu is meticulously designed to highlight the finest flavours of Mexico, infused with a modern twist.

• The perfect candidate for the Prep position will reside a short commute away from Watford.
• The role requires a professional prep chef who is organised, diligent, and an excellent team player.
• Experience in professional kitchen environments is a prerequisite for all Prep Chef applicants.
