The kitchen has a strong team of 18 professional chefs and they are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to provide extra strength on their sections.

• A Senior Chef de Partie with a strong culinary background, having training in fresh produce operations.
• A Senior Chef de Partie with a can-do attitude, willing to rotate through kitchen sections to master all aspects of mise en place and service.
• A punctual, motivated Senior Chef de Partie eager to develop their repertoire of recipes and adhere to the standards set within the kitchen.
