The operation boasts a stunning outdoor restaurant – celebrating the best of British seasonal produce - private dining space, afternoon tea style café and an opulent deli.

You can expect to be part of a thriving professional team which strives to maintain impeccable standards, with a core focus on the use of their ingredients.

Sous Chef benefits:

Sous Chef requirements:


  • A passionate and career driven sous chef who is looking for a new role where they can work with the best produce and couple that with a “great Work Life Balance”
  • The successful Sous Chef will be hands on, approachable and most importantly will have a stable employment history.
  • Ideally, the Sous Chef will need to live on the west side of London or surrounding areas to ensure the commute is not problematic.
  • The successful Sous Chef must have a calm and hands on approach to leading the team.
