Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 per annum + Benefits

Our client, a leading Facilities Management service provider, is seeking an organised and proactive Contract Support professional to join their team in the City of London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills to develop their career within a well-established and growing organisation.

The Role: As a Contract Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of facilities contracts, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

You’ll work closely with contract managers, engineers, and clients to provide administrative, financial, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the contract management team.

  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting.

  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to coordinate works and resolve queries.

  • Maintain accurate records and contract documentation.

  • Assist with compliance tasks, including updating statutory and H&S records.

  • Support the mobilisation of new contracts and service improvements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and general correspondence when required.

Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in a contract support, facilities administration, or similar role.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Good numerical and IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Experience within facilities management or a service-led industry is desirable.
