Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Fan Coil Units (FCUs) & Mechanical PPMs

? Salary: £48,000 per annum
? Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days Only, 7am–7pm)

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client-facing engineering team within a prestigious law firm in Moorgate.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional corporate environment, delivering first-class service and ensuring the smooth running of critical building systems on the tenant side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on fan coil units (FCUs) and associated mechanical plant.
  
  
• Supporting wider mechanical services across the site, including pumps, AHUs, pipework, and general HVAC equipment.
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
  
  
• Providing a client-facing service with excellent communication and professionalism.
  
  
• Working closely with the facilities team to maintain building performance and comfort.
  
  

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  
  
• Proven experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or corporate environment.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of fan coil units, HVAC systems, and mechanical plant.
  
  
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work independently.
  
  

• £48,000 annual salary.
  
  
• 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern (no nights).
