CBW Staffing Solutions are working with a high-profile, client-direct commercial campus in Barbican to find a skilled Fabric Engineer to join their on-site engineering team.

This is a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a rotating shift pattern, offering excellent work-life balance.

You’ll be the go-to person for fabric and general maintenance tasks across the estate—no two days will be the same.


? What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repairs across the campus
  
  
• Painting, decorating, and light cosmetic work
  
  
• Minor carpentry tasks (e.g.
  
  fixing doors, locks, and fittings)
  
  
• Installing shelves, whiteboards, blinds, and more
  
  
• Supporting basic electrical duties (e.g.
  
  lighting checks and replacements)
  
  
• Assisting with room setups and internal moves
  
  
• Supporting statutory compliance tasks – tap temps, flushing, fire alarm tests
  
  
• Keeping logbooks up-to-date and assisting subcontractors on-site
  
  

• Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts):
  
  
  • Week 1: 07:00am – 16:00pm
    
    
  • Week 2: 10:00am – 19:00pm
    
    
• On-call rota with additional payments

• £45,000 Annual Salary
