This is a rare opportunity to work directly for the client in a permanent position, offering a highly competitive salary of £49,000 (inclusive of shift allowance) and a premium benefits package.

?️ Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general fabric repairs across the campus
  
  
• Painting, decorating, and touch-up work
  
  
• Minor carpentry – fixing doors, locks, and furniture
  
  
• Hanging shelves, whiteboards, pictures, blinds, etc.
  
  
• Basic lighting checks and minor replacements
  
  
• Porterage – furniture moves and room setups
  
  
• Supporting PPMs, tap temperature checks, flushing, and fire alarm testing
  
  
• Maintaining and updating compliance logbooks
  
  
• Escorting and overseeing sub-contractors during works
  
  

• 4 on, 4 off (nights)
  
  
• Hours: 19:00 – 07:00
  
  

• Salary: £49,000 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
  
  
• Holiday: 30 days holiday
